There’s a probability that the connection between your bank’s website and QuickBooks was interrupted. I’d recommend contacting your bank to verify if they have an ongoing page maintenance that’s causing the interruption.
Meanwhile, we can do the manual update to refresh the bank transactions list.
1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.
2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication Credentials (MFA).
3. Click Continue update.

However, if you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company
