There’s a probability that the connection between your bank’s website and QuickBooks was interrupted. I’d recommend contacting your bank to verify if they have an ongoing page maintenance that’s causing the interruption.

Meanwhile, we can do the manual update to refresh the bank transactions list.

1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.

2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication Credentials (MFA).

3. Click Continue update.

If it doesn’t update your bank transactions list, you can contact our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They’ll be able to investigate and provide further troubleshooting steps about this case.

As an alternative, you can use a WebConnect file to import your bank transactions. Here are articles that you can check about the WebConnect files: 

However, if you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company

If the issue persists, I’d suggest reaching out to your financial institution. This is because QuickBooks is dependent on the information that was transferred from your bank.
